RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your purchase from narrativerewrite.com.

Personalised items are not available for exchange or refund unless they are faulty.

 

RETURN COST

For International purchases, you are responsible for the cost of your returns.

 

For UK purchases return cost 2.50 GBP.

The cost of the return applies to each request and will be deducted from the refund amount.
